KRUMP ARENA BATTLE ENTRY NO BATTLE ENTRY FEES! Currently, there is no battle entry fees to battle at Krump Arena, all participants/battlerz is given the opportunity and privilege of battling/competing at Krump Arena for FREE!  However, any and all krump dancers who are battling at Krump Arena in any and all battle categories must pay the $10 admission price per person, No Exceptions!   THE MAIN EVENT: $300 Cash Prize ONLY IF 2 GROUPZ ARE BATTLING......(In the event of a tie score, both groups will divide the prize money) GENERAL INFORMATION: ARRIVAL TIME/CHECK-IN :All Battlerz please make early plans and preparations to attend and arrive on time!  Everyone will be searched by our security team.  We request that you please arrive 30 minutes prior to when the doors are scheduled to open at Krump Arena for check-in.  Please see the Krump Arena flyer for the time doors open, if you do not have a flyer, our flyer is posted on our website @ www.jsquadbmp.com.  If you arrive when or after the doors open, please be informed that you have front of the line access at Krump Arena.  Politely inform our Security Team that you are scheduled to battle and/or perform at Krump Arena and they will allow you to come to the front of the line for security check and entrance.   Immediately upon your entrance, please check in at the Krump Arena Reception/Check-In Table located in the front entrance/lobby area.  Your name will be on the “Krump Arena Battle List”, the receptionist will check your name off on the list and issue you a wristband which is to be worn at all times during the Krump Arena event. OPEN RESERVED SEATING: In order to accommodate the attending public at the facility where the Krump Arena is being held, there is standing room only.   There will be no chairs for sitting with the exception of the chairs that will be set-up for open reserved limited seating for the following persons/groups only: VIP Guest/Dignitaries, Tha J-Squad, AV’s Elite Krump Group, The Krump Arena Hip-Hop Dancers, The Judges, The Slayer/Slaughter Fam and the Krump Groups who will be battling for the MAIN EVENT ONLY (Maximum ________chairs per group), ALL OTHERS MUST STAND! While we will try to accommodate all of the above listed groups, however, we can not guarantee reserved seating and at our own discretion and decision, with or without prior notice, we may have to limit open reserved seating as listed above and members of your group may have to stand.  We will not be responsible for marking or holding chairs for open reserved limited seating.  We will set up the total amount of reserved chairs needed for open reserved limited seating.   It is up to each group director/leader of all of the above listed groups to decided who will sit the chairs/reserved seats that is being assigned and reserved for your group.   If you are apart of any of the above listed groups that will receive reserved seating, we strongly advise you to arrive on time to get an open reserved seat, we also advise you not to leave your reserved seat once you’ re seated.   GROUP BATTLE PARTICIPANTS/BATTLERZ: You can not recruit other krump dancers who are not previously a known member of your krump group to battle just for the krump arena event.  Once you submit your battle entry application and/or battle list, it is final unless a member of your group is unable to battle or circumstances beyond your control arises.   On the day of the Krump Arena event, if  the person you are scheduled to battle in an individual battle or in the main event group battle fails to show up for the battle, you can not pick or substitute another person to battle without our knowledge and permission. KRUMP ARENA JUDGES: It has been our goal and effort to pick judges who are un-bias and will be fair and impartial.  The Judges decision is the Official Decision at Krump Arena and is final, however, please be advised that any and all Judges decision can be questioned and overruled by the Host of the Krump Arena events in the event we suspect and/or evidence proves that a judges decision was bias and unfair towards any krump dancer or group or that the judge is showing favoritism towards any krump dancer or group. First the Ring Masta’ will do the “crowd choice”, this is to acknowledge the crowds opinion and their choice of who won the battle, however, it is not the official decision.  Although we do a crowd choice, the basis on which our Judges have been informed to judge on is not based on popularity or crowed response. Individual Battles: Judges vote immediately after each individual battle and a decision is made at that time. The Main Event/Group Battle: After each and every battle, the Judges will be asked for their individual vote.  After everyone has battled in the group battle, we tally up the votes at the end of the group battle to see who has the most wins, the group with the most wins will take the Krump Arena Championship Title, Belt & Prize Money. In the event the Judges are locked on a decision, that is, all Judges decided it is a tie battle, then we allow the crowd to decide and break the tie.   KRUMP ARENA BATTLE RULES of CONDUCT   ANY and ALL persons herein known as Participant/Battlerz who wants to battle at Krump Arena Events must read, agree to abide by and sign the following “Battle Rules of Conduct Agreement” in order to participate and battle at Krump Arena BATTLE ROUNDS & TIME: Maximum Two Rounds/30 seconds each round (With the exception of the Judges only, who can decide to call for one more battle round) KRUMP MUSIC FOR THE BATTLES AT KRUMP ARENA All Krump Arena Events features and promotes krump music produced by Tha J-Squad/Beat Mastaz Productionz Only!  With the exception of the Krump Arena Hip-Hop Dancers and any other groups performing during our entertainment segment, no other music is allowed to be played at the Krump Arena.    Participants/battlers are not allowed to play any other music CD’s, or permitted to give our D.J. any music CD’s to be played without our prior knowledge and permission (No Exceptions!). THE KRUMP ARENA STAGE: The “Ring Masters” are in authority and control over the Krump Arena stage.  At no time is anyone permitted to argue with,   disrespect, challenge or question the authority of the Ring Mastaz.   We expect everyone who is battling to give the Ring Mastaz your cooperation, we will have anyone removed from the stage by Security who is disruptive, defiant or disrespectful towards the Ring Mastaz .   When it is time for you to battle, only you and  2  “hype-up” persons is allowed in the arena (on the stage).  No other persons/members from your krump are allowed in the arena (on the stage).  Once you have finished battling, you and your hype persons, must leave the arena/stage immediately.   Anyone who violates this rule may be asked to leave the premises without a refund and may not be permitted to battle at future Krump Arena events. No one is allowed to sit at the Judges table or to influence the Judges decision or have any opinions regarding any of the battlez.    No Video Cameras of any kind or any video/audio recording devices (cell phones, etc.), or flash photography is not permitted! The leader of your krump group or the person who signs this agreement is responsible for informing any and all members of their krump group who will be battleing at krump arena of all of the battle rules of conduct in this written agreement as follows: No touching your battle opponent at all with any parts of your body or any other objects while you are battling No pushing or hitting your battle opponent No disrespectful or profane hand gestures or cussing/profanity is allowed No threats or acts of any violence will be tolerated (verbal or physical) You must stop battling when the music stops No jumping on or off the stage (the arena) No standing on any chairs or any other objects No standing, jumping or climbing on or off any tables, chairs or on any other objects No tossing or throwing any chairs or any other objects (with the exception of a fitted cap) When you battle, you must battle in the center of the arena (the stage) You must face your battle opponent, no turning your back or chair to your opponent You must listen to and respect the Ring Mastaz and any Security Persons Damages: Any and All Participants/Battlerz is liable and will be held responsible for paying for any damages that they cause to the facility, the D.J. Equipment and/or the Videographer/Camera equipment on or off the stage or any items/equipment belonging to Krump Arena events that is damaged by anyone while they are battling. PLEASE READ: Any violation of any of the above will disqualify you and/or your group in the battle.  Any acts of disrespect, defiance and violation of the rules of conduct listed above, at any time during the krump arena events, those Participants/Battlerz who are in violation will not be allowed to attend and/or battle at future krump arena events.    PLEASE NOTE: The above Battle Rules of Conduct Agreement is subject to change with or without prior notice!  You must be an adult, age 18 or older to sign this agreement!  You are responsible for any minors under the age of 18 who will be battling with your group.
